Return Eligibility

    Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Day 4–7: Refund initiation to payment processor
  • Day 8–10: Bank or credit card processing and posting of funds

Exchanges
Yes, we do accept exchanges! The fastest way to exchange is to return the original item and place a new order for the preferred product.
