30-Day Return Policy

We provide a 30-day return window, which means you can request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when it was delivered.
  • Unworn or unused (where applicable).
  • With all original tags and labels attached.
  • In its original packaging.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
    Note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at info@glimmercart.shop with your order details (order number, product information, and reason for return). Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions along with the correct return label.

Return Label and Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a change of mind or the wrong item ordered by the customer, the customer must cover the return shipping cost and arrange their own return label.
  • If the return is due to wrong item sent by Glimmercart or a damaged/defective product, Glimmercart will cover the return shipping cost and provide you with a pre-paid return label.
    When sending back a return, please use a reliable shipping carrier and ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage in transit.

All returns must be sent back via mail.

Restocking Fee

There are no restocking fees associated with returns or exchanges.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for the following:

Return Shipping Cost

  • Change of Mind / Wrong Item Ordered by Customer → Customer’s responsibility.
  • Wrong Item Sent by Glimmercart / Damaged or Defective Product → Glimmercart’s responsibility (we provide a prepaid return label).

Refunds

You have 30 days from the date of product delivery to request a refund. Refunds are issued once the returned item is received, inspected, and approved.
Refund Timeline:
Day 1–3: Item inspection and approval confirmation.
Day 4–7: Refund initiation with the payment processor.
Day 8–10: Bank or credit card company processes and posts the funds.
Refunds are always processed back to your original payment method.
