Ordering
Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Yes. You may cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it hasn’t shipped. After 24 hours, if the order is already shipped, you will need to follow our Return & Refund process.
Q: What happens if I type in the wrong address or phone number?
If an order is returned due to incorrect details provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

We currently ship within the United States.
Q: What is the cost of shipping?
We charge a flat shipping fee of $15 on all U.S. orders.
Q: Which carriers do you use?
Orders are shipped using USPS, DHL, UPS, and FedEx.

Q: Can I track my order?

Returns & Refunds
Q: Do you accept returns?
Yes. You can return an item within 30 days of receiving it. The item must be undamaged, unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.
Q: Who pays for return shipping?
- If the item is returned due to size, color, or preference, the customer covers the return shipping.
- If the item arrives damaged or defective, we cover the return shipping cost.
Q: Do you provide pre-paid return labels?
Yes. If the item is defective or damaged, we will provide a pre-paid return label. Otherwise, the cost and responsibility for the return label rest with the customer.

Currently, we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Union Pay. All transactions are processed in USD (United States Dollar).
